5 Things Attendees Need to Know About This Year’s Conference

Posted NY Intl News
With our 2014 Transatlantic Entrepreneur Conference approaching quickly, we would like to draw your attention to the five points below to ensure a smooth run of our 3-day program on September 2-4. Please read carefully and contact us at tep@nyintl.net if you have further questions.

1: Three full days – not for everyone

Our three day agenda is packed with a number of highlights at various locations across the city. Please note that our main conference day is Tuesday, September 2 from 8.00am to 4.00pm followed by a reception at The German House.

The site visits on September 3rd and matchmaking session on the 4th are open only to the selected startup companies and their delegation from Berlin. However, all invitees are welcome to join our dinner events on both of these days – RSVP required!

International Day at Brooklyn Borough Hall on the evening of September 4 is also open to all invitees.
Please plan your stay accordingly.

2: Double check your RSVP status

The number and variety of our program components comes with complexity: from general capacity constraints to security requirements at our reception and dinner locations. For that reason we ask you to carefully double check your RSVP status via your Eventbrite login.

While we would love to accommodate everyone, please note that only guests on our RSVP lists will be allowed to join our sessions and events. Please respect that there’s is no guarantee for walk-ins as well as people on the wait lists.

3: Have your RSVP confirmation at hand

To accelerate the check-in process at all of our sessions and events, please have your Eventbrite confirmation email at hand. It is not necessary to print – ideally please have it accessible on your phone.

4: Bring ID

ID may be required at any point during the three day program. Please have your ID card, driver’s license, or passport handy at all times. Access to our receptions and dinners cannot be granted without ID.

5: Informal welcome

The informal welcome of our visiting companies and representatives from Berlin scheduled for Monday evening (Labor Day) at 7.30pm will be open to all. To register and for more information, please contact Christian Herzog at Berlin Partner or Frank Hauser at frank.hauser@nyintl.net.

We look forward to seeing you at this year’s TEP conference. Please don’t hesitate to contact us for additional information and support.
